The morning light filtered through the sheer curtains differently today—softer, golden, carrying the weight of a storm that had finally passed. Y/n woke to the familiar ache between her thighs, the tender swelling that made her wince as she shifted in bed. She was alone—Jungkook's side of the mattress cool, the sheets beside her rumpled but empty.
She tried to stand and immediately understood the extent of his claiming. Her legs trembled, her hips sore, her core throbbing with a deep, satisfied ache that made walking an exercise in careful deliberation. She moved like a woman who had been thoroughly, relentlessly used—and the thought sent a secret warmth through her belly that had nothing to do with embarrassment.
The hallway seemed longer than usual, each step sending reminders of yesterday's marathon through her nervous system.
She wore one of his oversized shirts, nothing underneath, her hair falling in tangled waves down her back. She didn't bother with modesty—the staff had seen worse, heard worse, and besides, she was too focused on the sounds drifting up from the living room.
Laughter. Two distinct peals of baby joy, high and delighted, mingling with a deeper rumble that vibrated through her chest even from a distance.
She rounded the corner and stopped, her breath catching at the picture before her.
Jungkook lay sprawled on the cream-colored sectional, his posture utterly relaxed for the first time in days. He wore loose grey sweatpants and nothing else, his chest bare and marked with the faint scratches she'd left during their more desperate moments yesterday.
His hair was messy, falling over his forehead in dark waves, and his eyes—those eyes that had burned with jealous madness yesterday—were soft now, crinkled at the corners with genuine joy.
The twins were on his chest, their chubby bodies using him as a playground. Joon had managed to climb to his shoulders, gripping fistfuls of his father's hair, while Soo-min lay on her stomach across his stomach, blowing raspberries against his skin and giggling when he pretended to roar like a monster.
"Again, Appa!" Joon demanded, tugging harder. "Again!"
Jungkook growled playfully, the sound vibrating through his chest, making both children shriek with delight. He caught sight of her in the doorway, and his expression shifted—softening further, something tender and possessive warming his features.
"There she is," he said, his voice rough from sleep and disuse. "Come here, love."
Y/n limped into the room, feeling the weight of eyes on her. Mrs. Kim, the head nanny, was arranging toys in the corner, her face flushed a deep crimson that spread down her neck.
Young-mi, the younger maid who handled the laundry, was dusting the same spot on the bookshelf for the third time, her eyes fixed determinedly on the wood grain, her ears burning red.
They knew. Of course they knew. The sounds that had carried through the mansion yesterday—the furniture scraping, the screams, the relentless rhythm of flesh against flesh, Jungkook's roared declarations of possession. The maids had probably found the destroyed sheets this morning, stained and torn, evidence of a hunger that hadn't been satisfied until dusk.
Y/n felt her own cheeks warm, but she lifted her chin, meeting Mrs. Kim's eyes briefly. The older woman looked away quickly, her face somehow redder, and Y/n realized with a start that she was proud. Proud of being desired so desperately, proud of the marks on her body, proud of the limp that announced to everyone exactly who she belonged to.
She crossed to the couch and lowered herself carefully, her muscles protesting, a small hiss escaping her lips before she could stop it.
Jungkook's hand shot out immediately, steadying her, his touch gentle now, nothing like the rough grip of yesterday.
"Okay?" he asked softly, his thumb tracing circles on her lower back.
"Perfect," she whispered back, and meant it.
Soo-min had noticed her mother's arrival, her face lighting up with the particular joy that only fourteen-month-olds can express.
She crawled over Jungkook's chest with reckless abandon, tumbling onto the couch cushion and scrambling toward Y/n on unsteady hands and knees.
"Eomma!" she babbled, launching herself at Y/n's lap.
Joon followed, less graceful but equally enthusiastic, climbing over his father's legs to reach her. Soon both twins were in her arms, warm and squirming and smelling of baby powder and milk, their small hands patting her face with sticky affection.
"Eomma pretty," Soo-min announced, touching Y/n's cheek.
"Eomma tired," Jungkook corrected, his voice amused, his hand moving to stroke Y/n's hair. "Appa was... enthusiastic yesterday."
Y/n looked at him, saw the question in his eyes—the lingering insecurity beneath the satisfaction, the fear that he'd been too rough, too demanding, too consumed by jealousy. She reached out, her hand finding his on the couch between them, and squeezed.
"I like it," she said quietly, just for him, her voice carrying the weight of truth. "I like when you're like that. When you need me so much you can't think.
When you remind me who I belong to."
His breath caught, his eyes darkening slightly, but the madness didn't return—only warmth, only love, only the steady flame of possession that had become her home.
"Breakfast," he announced suddenly, his voice thick. He turned to where Mrs. Kim was still pretending not to listen. "Mrs. Kim, please. The full spread. And bring it here. My wife isn't walking to the dining room today."
"Sir, of course," Mrs. Kim stammered, scurrying toward the kitchen, her face still burning.
Young-mi followed, practically running, and Y/n heard whispered giggles that cut off abruptly when Jungkook cleared his throat.
"They're amused," Y/n observed, settling back against the cushions, the twins climbing over her legs, Joon attempting to scale her side like a mountain.
"They're jealous," Jungkook corrected, his hand moving to rest possessively on her thigh, his thumb stroking the sensitive skin through the thin shirt.
"Every woman in this house wishes she was you. Wishes she had a husband who fucked her until she couldn't walk. Who loved her so much he went mad with it."
The maids returned with trays—fresh fruit, warm rice, soup, grilled sandwich , pastries the elaborate breakfast that Jungkook insisted she eat to regain her strength. They arranged everything on the coffee table, their eyes darting to Y/n's neck where a bruise peeked above the collar of the shirt, then quickly away.
"Leave us," Jungkook commanded, and they scattered like birds.
He sat up then, shifting the twins gently to the side, and reached for the bowl of rice. turned to her with the spoon held out.
"Open," he said softly.
"Jungkook, I can feed myself—"
"Open," he repeated, his eyes holding hers, the command gentle but absolute. "Let me take care of you. Let me serve you after I used you so thoroughly. Please."
She obeyed, parting her lips, and he fed her with infinite care—blowing on the hot soup, wiping her chin with his thumb when a drop escaped, his eyes never leaving her face. Between bites, he kissed her forehead, her temple, the corner of her mouth, murmuring praises in Korean that she was learning to understand.
"So beautiful," he whispered. "So strong. Gave me two perfect babies. Takes me so well when I'm crazy with jealousy. My perfect wife. My perfect life."
Soo-min had crawled into his lap, sucking her thumb, watching with sleepy eyes as her father fed her mother. Joon had discovered the remote control and was attempting to eat it, drool dripping onto the leather couch.
"Yesterday," Jungkook said quietly, feeding her another spoonful, "I was an animal. I saw him touch you and I wanted to kill him. Wanted to chain you to this bed and never let you leave. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I was so rough."
"Don't be," she said, her hand finding his wrist, stopping the spoon mid-air. "I told you. I like your dominance. I like knowing you'll fight for me. That you'll claim me so thoroughly I feel you for days." She shifted, wincing slightly, and his eyes darkened with satisfaction. "I like limping, Jungkook. I like wearing your marks. I like that everyone knows exactly who I belong to."
He set the bowl down with a clatter, his hand moving to cup her face, his thumb tracing her lower lip. "How did I find you?" he asked, wonder in his voice. "How did I get so lucky?"
"You kidnapped me," she reminded him, smiling, and he laughed—the sound rich and genuine, filling the room.
"Best decision I ever made," he agreed, pulling her closer, careful of the twins between them. "Even if I have to spend the rest of my life fighting off Lee Minho and every other man who looks at you. Even if I have to fuck you raw every day to remind myself you're real."
"You'll have to be gentler today," she teased. "I'm very sore."
"I'll be gentle," he promised, his hand dropping to rest on her stomach, his expression softening. "Until tonight. Until the twins are asleep. And then I'll remind you again. Slowly. Softly. All night long."
She leaned into him, her head on his shoulder, the twins warm and heavy between them, the morning sun painting everything gold. Her body ached, her heart was full, and the limp that announced her possession to the world was a badge she wore with pride.
"Love you," she whispered.
"Love you more," he returned, his lips finding her temple. "Now eat. You need your strength. For tonight. For every night. Forever."
And she did, letting him feed her, letting him care for her, letting him love her in the aftermath of his jealousy—the calm after the storm, the peace that came from being thoroughly, completely, irrevocably claimed.
